This is a privately operated, personally funded home-lab service running LibreChat. It is not operated by LibreChat, Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, or any other third-party provider.
By creating or using an account, you agree to the terms below.
When you sign in using an OAuth provider such as Google, GitHub, Discord, or Apple, this service may receive basic account information provided by that service, such as your name, email address, account identifier, and profile image.
OAuth access is used only to authenticate you and maintain your account on this server.
Unless separately disclosed, this service does not request access to unrelated account data such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, YouTube, or similar services.
Account information may be used to identify and authenticate your account, administer access to the service, troubleshoot technical or security problems, investigate abuse or excessive resource usage, and contact you when reasonably necessary regarding your account.
Personal information is not sold.
The operator does not routinely inspect, read, or review users' private conversations, uploaded files, or generated content.
Access to user data may occur when reasonably necessary to administer or secure the service, troubleshoot a problem, investigate reported abuse, respond to excessive costs, or comply with applicable law.
Users remain responsible for content they upload, submit, request, generate, store, or share through their accounts.
Basic account information may be retained while your account remains active.
If an account is removed because of abuse, security concerns, unpaid costs, repeated violations, or other serious problems, limited identifying or administrative information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, accounting, abuse prevention, or legal purposes.
Deleted information may temporarily remain in backups, logs, database snapshots, or similar technical systems until those copies expire or are overwritten through normal retention processes.
Some features may send requests or content to third-party AI or cloud services.
When you choose to use such a service, information submitted to that provider may be processed according to that provider's own terms and privacy policies.
Local or self-hosted models may operate under different conditions from cloud-hosted services.
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect account information and service data.
This is a personal home-lab service and is not provided with the service levels, warranties, or guarantees of a commercial hosting provider.
You may request removal of your account and associated information by contacting the server administrator.
Some limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, accounting, abuse prevention, or legal obligations.
This server is operated and funded by an individual.
Some features use paid third-party services for which the operator is personally responsible for charges.
Users are expected to use paid resources reasonably.
If an account causes substantial, unusual, abusive, or unexpected costs beyond ordinary use, the operator may restrict access to paid services, suspend or terminate the account, and request reimbursement for costs reasonably attributable to that account.
Any reimbursement arrangement may be handled through an agreed payment method such as PayPal or Cash App.
Users are responsible for activity occurring through their accounts and credentials.
Users are responsible for ensuring that content they upload, submit, request, generate, store, or distribute complies with applicable law and with the policies of any third-party service they choose to use.
The operator does not endorse or assume responsibility for user-generated or user-uploaded content.
Account holders are responsible for preventing unauthorized access to their accounts.
When using cloud-connected services, users must not deliberately use them in ways that violate the applicable provider's terms or create a substantial risk of account suspension, service termination, excessive charges, or disruption.
Different providers may impose different rules. Availability of a feature on this server does not guarantee that every use of that feature is permitted by every upstream provider.
This service may not be used to intentionally upload, generate, store, or distribute content that is unlawful, non-consensual, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
Examples include non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, unlawful distribution of recordings or imagery depicting serious violence, and sexual content involving minors.
If the operator becomes aware of such content or activity, access may be suspended or terminated and the associated content may be removed from active systems.
Where preservation is reasonably necessary to report apparent criminal activity, comply with lawful process, or cooperate with appropriate authorities, relevant information may instead be preserved securely for that limited purpose.
The operator is not obligated to preserve prohibited content for the account holder.
This service is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
Minors are not permitted to create, maintain, or use accounts on this service.
If the operator becomes aware that an account belongs to or is being used by a minor, the account will be deleted without notice or exception.
Account holders are responsible for ensuring that minors do not access the service using their credentials.
Some models or features may generate mature, explicit, offensive, disturbing, or otherwise NSFW content.
Access to this server is provided at the operator's discretion.
The operator may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the server or its users, control costs, prevent abuse, protect upstream service accounts, respond to security incidents, or comply with applicable law.
This may include blocking an account, address, IP address, or other access method.
This is a personal home-lab service.
Availability, data retention, model availability, third-party integrations, and features may change or be discontinued without guarantee.
Users should not rely on this server as the sole storage location for important information.
